Team Information

Team administrators provide team details including team name, league name, venue, and a unique team code. This information is used to organise teams within the platform and link players to the correct team.

Player Data

Player profiles contain first name, last name, and optionally a profile photo. Player profiles may be linked to a registered user account. This data is provided by team administrators or by players themselves during the profile claim process.

Player Statistics

Match statistics including games played, games won, games lost, highest start, highest finish, 120+ scores, and 180s are recorded by team administrators. These are used to display individual and team performance data.

Availability Data

Players provide availability responses (available or unavailable) for upcoming fixtures. This data is visible to team administrators and other players within the same team to assist with team selection.

Subscription and Payment Data

For team administrators who purchase a subscription, we store subscription status, plan details, and payment metadata. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe's own Privacy Policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/gb/privacy.

We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Contract performance — to provide you with the service you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and improve our service.
• Consent — where you have explicitly opted in (e.g., profile photo upload).
• Legal obligation — where required by law, such as retaining transaction records.

• To authenticate and manage your account.
• To display team rosters, fixtures, results, statistics, and availability to members of your team.
• To process subscription payments and manage billing.
• To send transactional emails such as password resets and invitation links.
• To ensure platform security and prevent misuse.
• To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

The Dart Hub uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and ensure the platform functions correctly. These cookies are strictly necessary and do not require consent under UK GDPR.

We may use anonymised, aggregated analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

Your data is only shared within your team — team members can view the roster, availability, statistics, and fixtures associated with their team. Data is not shared between different teams on the platform.

We may share data with the following third-party processors who act on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Base44 — platform infrastructure, authentication, and data hosting.

All processors are contractually required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with our service. Specifically:

• Account data — retained for the lifetime of your account.
• Player and team data — retained while the team exists on the platform.
• Match statistics and availability — retained for the duration of the team subscription.
• Payment records — retained for 7 years to comply with UK financial record-keeping requirements.

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data unless retention is required by law.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction — to request that we limit how we process your data.
• Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
