To use The Dart Hub, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Accurate information — ensuring your account details, including your name and email address, are accurate and kept up to date.
  • Credential security — keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with others.
  • Account activity — all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should change your password immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or suspensions is not permitted.

4. Team Admin Responsibilities

Team Admins have elevated access to manage their team on The Dart Hub. By becoming a Team Admin, you accept the following responsibilities:

  • Team information — ensuring that team name, league, venue, and other details are accurate.
  • Player access — managing player profiles, approving claim requests, and removing inactive players appropriately.
  • Fixture accuracy — entering correct fixture dates, opponents, venues, and results in a timely manner.
  • Statistics accuracy — ensuring that match statistics entered are accurate and reflect real match outcomes.
  • Appropriate use — ensuring that you and all team members use the platform in accordance with these Terms of Use.
  • Subscription management — maintaining an active subscription where required to continue using management features.

Team Admins are considered the primary point of accountability for all team-related data and activity on the platform. The Dart Hub reserves the right to contact the Team Admin regarding any issues arising from their team's use of the platform.

Certain features of The Dart Hub, particularly those used by Team Admins, require an active paid subscription. The following terms apply:

  • Subscription requirement — Team Admin accounts may require a subscription to create and manage a team on the platform.
  • Pricing changes — subscription pricing may be updated in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.
  • Failure to renew — if a subscription lapses or is cancelled, management features may be restricted or disabled. Players will continue to have read-only access where possible.
  • Data retention — historical team data, including fixtures, statistics, and player records, will be retained where possible following a subscription lapse, although we cannot guarantee this indefinitely.
  • Payment processing — all payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Dart Hub does not store payment card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to all transactions.
  • Refunds — refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have a concern about a charge.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.

We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance via in-app announcements where possible. No compensation is provided for service interruptions unless required by applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, in cases of fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence), our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable UK law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

The Dart Hub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:
